20 Annual Action Report OR Movement 2020 / 5781 OR DNA GENERAT OR INTEGRA ‹‹‹ OR MOVEMENT – CONTINUING TO THE PEOPLE IN THE ORGANIZATION ARE OUR SECRET FOR SUCCESS The committed, driven, creative team working together and continually pushing to create momentum and development in projects , methods and the scope of the projects each and every one is willing to take upon themselves in order to promote the vision of turning the Negev and the Galilee into Israel’s new centers. Growing within the organization – Today, de facto, the management level of the organization is composed by a majority of people who grew from within, into management positions, after working for a long time on the ground. Work methods and systems – This year we installed the MONDAY project management program within our organizational system. Through it, it is possible at any given moment to receive a situation update in real-time for over 150 projects being managed by the organization. Alongside this tool an entire cross-organizational mechanism exists to improve project management, practices and methods, throughout the year, while routinely implementing new solutions. WE DON’T FIGHT THE DARKNESS, WE ADD LIGHT INDEPENDENCE, METHOD AND CONTROL Creativity, creation, innovation, and original entrepreneurship; in development, in management, in operations, in control, in conclusions – able to handle any situation. RESPONSIBILITY; TAKING THE INITIATIVE & LEADING A glance at any situation “from end to end” – we go one step further and do not pass the task onto other elements, even if it’s within their scope.
