6 Annual Action Report OR Movement 2020 / 5781 INDIVIDUAL LOCAL NATIONAL 10XCHANGE INITIATIVES FOR EMPLOYMENT IN ISRAEL >>> TURNING THE CRISIS INTO AN OPPORTUNITY AND CREAT BUILDING A STA THE YEAR IN WHICH WE BUILT THE BASIS FOR INITIATIVES THAT ACCELERATED THE ISRAELI MARKET With the outbreak of Covid-19 we identified the possibility of turning the crisis into an opportunity. Instead of discussing exit strategies from the crisis, we chose to focus on growth strategies from within it. For this purpose, we recruited over 200 of the leading minds in the Israeli market and together we mapped out the most significant fields for the Israeli economy. In each of the fields we recruited experts who led the creation of practical programs which need to be promoted in order to grow out of the crisis. The upheaval caused to hundreds of thousands of Israelis, pointed to the need to focus on employment. Within this framework, the “Medina L’Mofet” community, composed of members from all sectors of Israeli society, led the “employment sprint” to consolidate an image of the desired future in light of the challenges and needs on the ground. From this, we identified initiatives with the highest potential for immediate realization and which would create the most significant impact for 10XCHANGE , at the national, regional and personal levels.
