REORGANIZATION 19 ADAPTING OURSELVES TO MEET THE CHALLENGES As an organization that defines itself through the values of pioneering and innovation, striding faithfully towards a vision, we continue to adapt ourselves to the challenges the State of Israel faces. We have, therefore, constructed a new organizational structure which will better support the tasks we have taken upon ourselves. The organization includes 9 professional teams working according to a single methodology. These are: strategy, policy, financial growth, community, engineering, databases, partnerships, marketing and Impact Groups . Currently, a new project management system is being adapted within the organization. The new structure allows us to create productive partnerships to achieve the vision, both at the policy level and at the level of development in the field, including through the “Equitable Cities” initiative. We have also added, for the first time, Israeli members to the World Leadership Council (WLC).
